Which service fits the requirement?
goAML registration is part of access to a reporting system; it is not the whole of an AML compliance programme. A tax residency certificate depends on the applicant and the purpose of the certificate. Historical ESR support concerns earlier periods and outstanding matters, rather than presenting ESR as an ongoing annual filing service.

Does every UAE company need goAML registration?
Applicability depends on the business activities and the relevant supervisory framework; it should not be assumed solely from having a UAE licence. We review the activity and authority information at the start. If the classification is uncertain, it requires a specific assessment before choosing a registration category or submitting the application.
Does a UAE residence visa automatically qualify me?
No single document should be treated as a complete eligibility assessment. The relevant route depends on the facts and purpose of the request. We review the period, presence and other supporting information before preparing the file. The FTA residency guide explains the distinct tests and the evidence associated with them.
Do businesses still file ESR reports for current financial years?
The MoF announcement cancelled notification and reporting for financial years ending after 31 December 2022. This service therefore addresses historical obligations and unresolved authority matters. We confirm the period before accepting work and do not present a current-year ESR filing as a routine requirement. See the official announcement.
