Scope & separately agreed work
The proposal states the entities, transaction workload, accounts, currencies and reports covered. Inventory, project accounting and complex intercompany balances need an agreed scope of their own.
Tax returns, tax registrations, payroll, historic reconstruction, software migration, outsourced CFO work and an independent audit are separate unless expressly added. Software subscriptions and third-party costs are identified separately.
